Counselling provides support and guidance to individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional, psychological, difficulties. Counselling can help individuals gain a better understanding of themselves and their emotions when working with a trained professional who will explore and address challenges in a safe and confidential environment without feeling Judged.

I offer counselling in person within London, Romford -Essex area and its surroundings.
Do you offer online counselling sessions?
Yes, I offer secure and private sessions remotely using video conferencing, phone calls, zoom, skype, teams, or messaging. It provides a convenient and accessible way to receive support from the comfort of your own home or any location with an internet connection.
How do I book a session?
You can book a session online through the website, email or call. I offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs. If you have any questions or need assistance with bookings, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
Can I change my appointment time?
Yes, you are allowed to reschedule within 24 hours’ notice if you have an emergency or ill. If you are unable to attend and do not give prior notice per cancellation policy you will still be charged the full price of the session.
What is the cost of a session?
Initial consultation £40 for 45 minutes. The standard session rate is £50 individuals and £60 for couples for 50 minutes face to face and online. Initial I also offer sliding-scale fees for students, clients on low income, and those on benefits. This criterion is subjected to proof of eligibility. Concession spaces are limited.

A counselling session is a chance to talk about whatever you wish – from everyday events, problems and thoughts, to feelings, memories and dreams. Sessions provide a safe space to look at things with your therapist in a highly focused way, exploring in depth exactly how you experience them, what impact they have on your life and goals, and where you might wish to make changes.

Depending on what you want to achieve and what kind of issue you are exploring, counselling may last as little as half a dozen sessions or it may continue for several months or years.
How long does Counselling typically last?
The duration of counselling varies depending on individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from short-term therapy lasting a few weeks or months, while others may require longer-term therapy sessions.
How often do sessions take place?
Sessions take place once a week at the same time. This is because the frequency of the sessions contributes to their effectiveness. It also depends on your busy schedule which we can work around flexibility
Do you accept insurance?
We accept many major insurance plans. Please contact us to confirm if your insurance provider is accepted.
Are Counselling sessions Confidential?
Yes, all sessions are confidential. Ethical guidelines and legal regulations bind me to protect client privacy. The only exceptions are if it is legally required, there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Do you have evening or weekend availability?
Yes, I do have weekday evenings and Saturday whole day availability but not Sundays
How do I pay?
Payment is by bank transfer. We ask for payment at time of booking.
